For you who hasnt met Andrew yet, I thought I can tell you about him :) He is from England. He is 26 years old and he has been traveling for 2and a half year.. :) Back in England he used to work as a personal trainer and even if he has been traveling for that long, he still keeps fit..
Now you know. He is also the nicest boyfriend ever. He has a special humour, that makes me laugh so I cry, but I do fear that his humour will get him in serious trouble some day. Its a bit rude :P First time I met him I thought he was so rude. I didnt like him at all. But he is not really.
And he always say the right thing and he has an answer to everything. Like the other day. I was worrying about what people would think when I get fat. I know, Im not really fat but I might get you know!? So Andrew told me all I have to do is carrying around a big empty box everytime I go out. Then people wont see that Im fat. But then he realized that people might think he is a bad boyfriend who lets his girlfriend carrying around a box all the time. But the he decided that it doesnt matter what people think. Who else than Andrew would have come up with a perfect plan like that?

Andrews fall
Doesnt he look proffesonal here? Well.. 5 minutes later he fell and smashed his head on the ice. He has a blue eye now but he doesnt let me show you on a pic. According to Andrew he was just about to finish a perfect backflip piruett when he fell. It was his first time on the ice so its a bit hard to believe..haha:) Its not so funny because his face is a bit num for the moment :( I was like an ice princess flying around on the ice.. No falls here..:)
I thought I would update you what we have been doing lately. But to be honest, the ice skating is probably the most exciting. Yea we was going to move, and I did quit my work at Peppers, but now when Im pregnant we cant just quit our work with almost no money to go and look for something else. We need to think about what to do in the future. What things you give up for a baby hey? Both me and Andrew are only working in the camp for the moment. So we have many hours every day which we spend being lazy, looking for work and talking about the baby. It has taken over my brain and everything I see has to do with a baby. All my dreams has to do with a baby.

You guys are probably curious what I have been up to lately. Well, this is it :) Plus more ore less spending hours with the head down the toilet. If you havent already found out, I can tell you now, Im pregnant. Choooocking!! I know!!
Who would have thought. And I know, I heard it all. What about my plans? What am I going to do? Well.. I have thought about it alot. Some days I get this crazy pregnancy depression and I think that my life is going to be over, but when Im normal thinking I have decided in my head that nothing is over. I have been traveling for a year and a half, I have seen alot, done alot and Im happy with it alll. And there is so much more to see, but just because Im having a baby doesnt mean I can never travel again. Its just the time plan that has to change. Someone told me that it will never be the right time to have a baby. Everyone wants to do something first. It is so much to do in life. Thats true. You can never really plan it.
This is not the end of my journey, its the beginning of another one. :)

We had two days of from motels this week. Yesterday and today. Today I have an appointment with a doctor cuz I have actually been very sick lately and I havent been able to work in the restaurant at all for a week. I didnt tell you cuz it looks like I allways get sick :P But this time it seems to be something weird. Anyyywhoooo ... I will tell you more about it later.
One week til we leave and we have collected so much stuff here since we arrived. So I have to sort some things out, deciding what to keep and what not... Have allready packed a whole box that I want to send back home to Sweden. :)

ABBA and Scrubs
People from all contries in the whole world love Abba. Ok, I cant say ALL, but the once I have been in anyway. And they still play it all the time all over. I am actually listening to them at the cafe I am in at the moment :P
It sucks that my computer is dead. Me and Andrew allways watch scrubs every night. We have seen them all and we know exactly what they are going to say, but we still laugh as much as the first times.. :) But no more... Andrew calls me JD cuz I deam alot.. I do actually.. I cant help it but my brain flighs away all the time... Thats probably why Im a terrible driver. One time I was driving a moped and I started dreaming away.. I was so close to a crash when I woke up from my other world... Scary..

Me and Andrew took a cable ride up a mountain today. We walked a half an hour trekk around and this is one of the view points.

Yesterdays stargazing was nice. I actually learned alot about the stars that I didnt know. And we got to see saturn and mars from a teleskope. Me and mormor had a very intelligent talk about how the sun goes the wrong way here. It was a bit confusing but we figured everything out.
We are in Queenstown now :) It was an amazing three hours bus ride through the mountains to get here. I was blown away. Queenstown is really beautiful. I wonder if people wake up here every morning and think about how lucky they are to live in a place like this!? If they dont, they should!!
We walked around in town for a bit and had a look around. Then we went to Starbucks so mormor got her first Starbucks coffee. She was impressed I think :) Then I finally went to the hairdresser. It was really needed. Mormor asked me today if I ever brush my hair cuz it always looks like a birds nest. :( Anyway, it looks good now.
We ended the day with some drinks at the pub. I needed one glass ofwine and I was already dizzy.I havent been drinking for 4 months or something but Mormor is a party animal so I didnt get out of it. We also went to see Green Zone at the cinema.. :)
Taxi Kayak
Wohoooooooooooo!! No more work for 3 whole days. It might not sound alot for you, but for me its something that doesnt happen alot for the moment. :)
After todays work we took the kayaks out on the lake for a bit. I had my own one and Andrew and Mormor had one together. Mormor tried to help rowing for a bit, but they kept on going around in circles so she decided to relax and let Andrew take her around. Yea well, she is on vacation I suppose...:) But she did promise us a free dinner in Queenstown as thank you for the guided taxi tour round the lake..
Tonight we are going stargazing. And tomorrow we are finally getting out of here..:) Yeeeeeeeeyyyyy!!!

Hi,
I am now in Lake Tekapo with Cissi. It has been a long tireing journey, but fun and interesting. It started with a missed plane in Frankfurt so I had to reebook my ticket to Singapore and go to Bangkok instead. In Bangkok the plane was delayed by a couple of hours and finally I arrived in Christchurch 6 hours later than planned. I stayed in CHch for three days before I took the bus to Lake Tekapo. Offcourse it was delayed (what else?) by more than an hour. I got here sunday afternoon.
On monday I went to the SPA for a back and neck massage and had also a dip in the hot water pool. Next day I climbed the mountain Mount John. It wasnt hard at all with my young legs in good condition :)
Wednesday I was at Mount Cook, exploring the glacier (see pic). It was amazing!!!!

I will put some pieces of the story bit by bit until its all in. I can also tell you that nothing special is going on for the moment. I am working at restaurant tonight and mormor (that means grandmother if I forgot to explain that) is doing an explorer trip at Mount Cook. She probably has an amazing time now :)

The Blueberry Pirates and the seven waterfalls
Once upon a time three pirates was sitting in a small town far far away planning their next adventures. They were not ordinary pirates who sailed on the seven seas, no you see they were road pirates determined to concur seven waterfalls on their way to their final destination. There was Captain Blueberry, who was the leader, always vice and knew the best for her and her crew. Then there was pirate Toberry, who was a very clumsy pirate but with a good heart. And last but not least there was Joberry, who was the most adventurous one, always ready to take on a challenge. Captain Blueberry pointed at the map and said "This is our first stop comrades, let us go now so we can reach it before the darkness blocks our vision". The pirates all rose and started walking to the blue car which they called "The Blue Pearl". As they walked to the car someone suddenly screamed out "ARGH pirates, may I ask you where you are going?" Captain Blueberry, Joberry and Toberry looked at the big man standing in front of them and then they looked at each other. "We are going to concur the seven waterfalls" said Toberry. "Yea and we are going to find seven treasures" said Joberry. "What is the reason for your curiosity?" asked Captain Blueberry. "I want to come with you" said the man. "My name is Silverberry, pirate Silverberry, and I want to follow you on your mission and I would be a great help to you all". "Why would we want you to come?" said Toberry. "Yea then we must share the treasure with you" said Joberry. "What great help could you give to us?" asked Captain Blueberry. "ARGH I am an excellent map reader, that would surely be a great help to you". Captain Blueberry looked at Toberry and then at Joberry. He knew that they were both very good pirates but none of them could read a map very good. They both had their specialty. Toberry was good to have when it came to solve problems. And Joberry was very strong and an excellent navigator. But a map reader was something they surely could use in their group. "So be it, welcome to my crew" said Captain Blueberry. And so they all four jumped in to The Blue Pearl and that was the beginning of a long and adventurous journey.

It looks a bit funny when people are traveling alone and take pictures of themselves. If you dont have a camera with timer, or are too shy to ask someone to take it for you, you usually end up with pictures off your face, which all look the same and you cant even see the background, which you actually wanted to have in the pic. And I hate to do it. It feels weird to take a pic of myself sitting there smiling alone. hehe.. maybe its just me..
Mormor told me she had taken two of those pics today when she was climbing up Mount John, but she didnt like them. But I thought it was a funny idea to at least get her shadow. But unfortunaley there is no background of how high she was on this pic either. Today she took the one hour walk up a big mountain.
She thought it was easy. My goodness she is crazy. I hope I heritage her crazyness and fitness when Im in the same age as her...
Minigolf and cafes
The day started off with a wonderful pancake breakfast :) After that mormor went to the SPA and had a massage and sat in the hotpools while me and Andrew walked up to town (not everybody can afford to spoil themselves like that :P) We had an ice coffee first, then we went to the bakery and had a sandwish, but then we felt like having a coffee again so we went to another cafe to have a coffee. I think we visited half of the towns cafes today :P
When mormor was finished with her luxury treatments we all went to play minigolf. Mormor won, Andrew second and I lost biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig !!!! Anyway, its the fun that counts right? After that we had some fish and chips dinner by the lake. It was a beautiful and relaxing day :)
Mormooor
Mormoor is here. It was wonderful to see her. Her bus travel went good and she told me she talked to a Kiwi man on the bus who guided her through the journey.Perfect!! I am so proud over her to travel all the way here alone. She told me she had a complicated flight journey including missed flight and long waits.. Now days the flight secutiry is such a long and annoying process.
We have been talking alot and we tired Andrew out so he has already fallen a sleep. I will wake him up soon though because we are going to BBQ. Mormor is also resting a bit. She is still suffering from Jet Lag !! I am all excited and can barely be still... Haaappyyy days :D
Material things

I was so sad over my bracelet. Really. And I still am. But I was thinking about what a friend told me once. Dont get to attached to things, they will start to own you instead of you owning them. He told me how he had lost his favorit shirt once. He got upset over it in the beginning but then he started thinking, maybe thats a good thing. Its not good to own something that you get so upset to loose. You can get upset to loose your friends, family animals or loved once off course. But material things is not worth your tears.
I know its hard to think like that, that would mean that I should be happy that I lost my bracelet but Im not.But It does make me think about it in a different way though. I dont have anything else that I would be so upset if it dissapeared. All my things are replaceable for me. It was another thing with the bracelet though, it was personal.
Anyway, thats life. Today is another day. Working as usual morning and night. Tomorrow I will be working in the morning and then its time to pick my grandmother up. I cant wait!!!

Sorry for not writing yesterday, something happened and I couldnt make it. But Im back. Its snowing in the mountain and its freezing. I wonder if my grandmother brought the bad weather with her from Sweden!? She is in NZ now by the way. She is shopping in Christchurch and hopefully having a good time.. :)
She will arrive here on Sunday.

Okej, det var en logn. Det ar inte till mamma, men min chef har bestamt sig att lasa min blogg varje dag och jag har inte bestamt mig for om jag ska beratta for honom verkliga anledningen varfor jag inte dok upp pa jobbet igar. Jag var saaaaa himla ledsen. Nagon stal mitt Pandora armband :( Det suger sa mycket. Jag kunde inte sluta grata. Andrew var saklart upprord, han har spenderat bade tid och pengar for att fa det perfekt. Det e skit att det tar nagon sa lang tid att spara ihop till nagot man verkligen vill ha, men det tar en annan 1 sekund att sjala det.
Det ar inte forsta gangen. I australien blev jag av med min vaska innehallande alla mina pengar, mitt smink, min kamera, ipod och alla bank kort saklart. Jag vet inte varfor manniskor tycker att de har ratt att ta nagot som de inte jobbat for, som inte tillhor dem? Usch!!
